Job summary

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist at its Zirakpur Head Office to manage end-to-end paramedical hiring across PAN India locations.

The role requires 2-5 years in talent acquisition, with strong focus on paramedical recruitment and the ability to coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning. Full-time position with 6-day work week and 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong hands-on experience in hiring for Paramedical staff is mandatory
• PAN India recruitment experience will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, salary expectations, and role requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate management interviews.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and interview panels.
• Negotiate salary and support the offer and joining process.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers, interview status, and hiring dashboards.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track joining status and follow up with selected candidates until onboarding
• Build and maintain a talent pool for frequently required IT positions.
• Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and availability of technical talent.
