We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Executive Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization's talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, networking, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.
• Negotiate compensation, prepare offer letters, and manage the offer-to-joining process.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR documentation with accuracy.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants, educational institutions, and professional networks.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and recruitment drives as required.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment in the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
• Experience hiring for healthcare roles such as doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and corporate/support functions is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
• Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
