Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. in Zirakpur Head Office seeks an experienced Manager – Recruitment to lead the recruitment team and oversee hiring across PAN India.

You will drive senior-level search, stakeholder management, and end-to-end processes to build a robust talent pipeline. You will guide the team, monitor progress, coordinate with managers, review pipelines and MIS, ensure policy adherence, and deliver timely hires for healthcare, corporate, and support functions.

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 5–6 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably with experience managing a recruitment team.
• Experience in healthcare, corporate, or multi-location recruitment will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor PAN India recruitment across clinical, healthcare, corporate and support functions.
• Handle senior-level and critical profile hiring with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with managers, department heads and other stakeholders on hiring requirements.
• Guide recruitment team on business requirements and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Prepare and review recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.
• Ensure recruitment processes and company policies are followed.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Recruitment to lead and manage the recruitment team and oversee hiring activities across PAN India. The candidate will be responsible for senior-level hiring, stakeholder management, team guidance, recruitment follow-ups, and resolving recruitment-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the PAN India recruitment process across clinical, healthcare, corporate, and support functions.
• Handle and review senior-level and critical profile hiring.
• Connect and coordinate with managers, department heads, and other stakeholders regarding hiring requirements.
• Understand business requirements and guide the recruitment team accordingly.
• Monitor the recruitment team’s daily activities, performance, and hiring progress.
• Assign requirements to recruiters and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Review recruitment pipelines, candidate status, pending positions, and ageing.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with the recruitment team to ensure positions are being worked on effectively.
• Support the team in sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer/joining coordination for critical positions.
• Handle and resolve grievances and concerns raised by the recruitment team.
• Identify recruitment challenges and provide solutions to the team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding interview feedback, approvals, salary negotiations, and joining updates.
• Prepare and review recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.
• Ensure recruitment processes and company policies are followed properly.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for important and recurring positions.
• Support management with recruitment updates, hiring plans, and manpower status.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance, feedback, and performance support to recruiters.
