Ayushman Hospital in Delhi seeks an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for doctors, nurses, paramedical and technical staff. You will source profiles via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, consultants, and medical colleges, and coordinate interviews with department heads to ensure a smooth hiring process.

The role targets freshers or experienced professionals with an MBA/PGDM in HR/IR, enabling you to build a strong hospital workforce and contribute to affordable patient care.

Formación

• MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations required.
• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome for recruitment roles.
• Sourcing through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and colleges is preferred.
