The ideal candidate will source and screen for blue and grey collar roles, coordinating interviews and joining formalities with site teams. The role requires 1–5 years of relevant experience, strong sourcing skills across portals and networks, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies with timely updates.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Non-IT / Automobile recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in Blue Collar and Grey Collar hiring.
• Proficient in sourcing through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and referrals.
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work from Hosur.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Blue Collar & Grey Collar manpower.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and clients/site teams.
• Maintain daily candidate tracking and recruitment status reports.
• Manage joining formalities and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing automobile industry requirements.
• Coordinate with site HR and management regarding manpower requirements.
• Achieve recruitment targets within the required timelines.
• Maintain proper recruitment records and candidate databases.
