• 23 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Experience hiring Sales, Service, Operations and other automobile profiles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
