• Schedule and manage the complete recruitment cycle until onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
• Negotiate salary and facilitate offer roll-out.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined turnaround times.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and understand manpower requirements.
