The ideal candidate will have 58 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles, preferably from Logistics, Power, or Mining industries. The role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and proficiency in multiple languages English, Hindi, and Tamil.

• Strong understanding of technical, operational, and functional roles across industrial domains.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi (Mandatory), and Tamil
