Description

Ronak Group is seeking an HR Recruiter (Non IT Hiring) to join our Recruitment department in Vadodara. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for an Associate-level professional to build a career in talent acquisition within the dynamic Pharmaceuticals industry.

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for non-IT roles across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and help build a strong talent pipeline that supports the company's growth objectives.

We offer a competitive salary range of INR 15,000 - 40,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional development and career growth within a respected pharmaceutical organization.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for non-IT roles through job portals, referrals, and networking channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and job specifications
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics and hiring progress
• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, consultants, and recruitment partners
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and applicable labor regulations
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably for non-IT or operational roles
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate screening techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools for tracking recruitment metrics
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing environment is an added advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in Vadodara and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment
