Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will manage end‑to‑end recruitment and collaborate with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire the right talent across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer follow‑ups.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and adherence to recruitment policies and applicable regulations.
• Support onboarding, employer branding, and other HR activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
• Knowledge of job portals, candidate sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices will be an added advantage.
