Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India is hiring a Recruiter (Non-IT) to source candidates in Pharma, Retail and Manufacturing sectors. The role requires close collaboration with Hiring Managers to define profiles and understand workforce needs.

Based in Pune/Mumbai, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and build a strong network of candidates with a keen eye for detail and quick response times. Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• 3+ years of experience in core Non-IT recruitment.
• Good communication skills.
• Hand on experience with job portals.
• Eye for detail and quick response time.
• Excellent drive and execution skills, Negotiation skills and technology understanding.
• Good learning ability, ability to research and understand the business process.
• Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network.
• Excellent search skills and ability to form good relationships with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing candidates in a specific technology area (Pharma/ Retail/ Manufacturing).
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Work experience in Sales hiring roles.
• Carry out recruitment drives and conducting interviews for capturing the best talent from the market as per companys business requirements.
• Evaluate candidates against the business requirements.
• Negotiate and explain salary to new joiners.
• Work with team to improvise on the existing recruitment patterns to make recruitment more cost and time effective.
• Proficiently prepare and maintain the candidate tracking sheet.
