Job summary

Crown Veterinary Services Pvt Ltd invites an experienced recruitment professional to join our Mumbai HR team. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding for positions in healthcare and service industries.

You will partner with department heads, build a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure policy-compliant hiring while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience in healthcare, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or service industry recruitment will be an added advantage.

Nariman Point, Mumbai.

Working Days & Timing

Monday to Saturday. Office Timing: 9 AM - 6 PM (Currently working on a Trial of Alternate Saturday's Off.)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and HR processes.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
