Job summary

Crown Veterinary Services is seeking an experienced Human Resource Talent Acquisition professional to lead end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to offers. The role emphasizes partnering with department heads to map hiring needs and conducting initial interviews to gauge fit and expectations.

The successful candidate will optimize sourcing across platforms, maintain the ATS, coordinate interview loops, and support onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience: minimum 6 years in corporate recruitment or agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• Sourcing capability with Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local job portals.
• Sharp communication, confident negotiation, and excellent time-management skills.

Human Resource Talent Acquisition – Deputy / Manager

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Work timing: 9am – 6pm, 2 Saturdays off

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from initial sourcing and screening to final offer rollout.
• Partner with departmental heads to understand specific hiring requirements and skill gaps.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess cultural fit, technical capability, and salary expectations.

Sourcing & Operations

• Deploy advanced sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate logs and feedback.
• Coordinate interview loops and ensure an excellent, transparent candidate experience.

Stakeholder & Data Management

• Manage day-to-day relations with external recruitment vendors and placement consultants.
• Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source mix, and offer acceptance rates.
• Support onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.

Required Skills & Qualifications
