About the role:

• - You'll work with MOP Careers Software Services Pvt. Ltd. to find and connect people with job opportunities
• - Your work covers the full hiring funnel: locating potential candidates, evaluating their backgrounds, setting up conversations, and tracking progress
• - You'll spend time on job boards and LinkedIn-like platforms searching for qualified people
• - Each application and profile you review helps the hiring managers make better decisions
• - Keeping candidate data organized and current will be a key part of your day
• - You'll handle written updates, forms, and other paperwork that follows each candidate through the process

What you'll work on:

• - Searching and sourcing candidates across online job platforms and professional networks
