Job summary

IntrCity SmartBus is seeking a Blue Collar Talent Acquisition Executive to drive end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline roles across multiple locations. You will manage bulk hiring requirements, ensure timely closures, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfill manpower needs.

You will source candidates through job portals, field hiring, references, consultants, social media, job fairs, and local hiring drives; screen and shortlist per role; coordinate interviews; and

Qualifications

• Experience in blue-collar or mass hiring recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions such as: Bus Captains / Drivers, Ground Staff, Field Executives.
• Manage bulk and mass hiring requirements across multiple locations.
• Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, references, consultants, social media, job fairs, and local hiring drives.
• Screen and shortlist candidates according to role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring MIS reports.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, offer rollout, and joining.
• Coordinate with HR and operations teams for onboarding activities.
• Ensure achievement of hiring targets within timelines.
• Build and maintain a candidate database for future requirements.

• Prior experience in logistics, travel, mobility, transportation, staffing, or e-commerce industries.
• Experience hiring Drivers, Bus Associates, Ground Staff, and operational workforce.
