Job summary

Bikanervala in Delhi is seeking a recruitment coordinator to source candidates for kitchen staff, helpers, housekeeping, stewards and other operational roles across outlets. You will screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage walk-in recruitment drives.

You will work with outlet managers to fulfill manpower needs on time, handle joining formalities, documentation, and maintain candidate databases and MIS.

Qualifications

• Experience in blue-collar or bulk hiring, preferably in the QSR, hospitality, retail, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of local sourcing channels and recruitment portals.
• Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.
