Job summary

Distacart is seeking a Non-IT Recruiter to handle high-volume blue-collar and frontline hiring for retail operations in Hyderabad. The role focuses on store-level staffing, logistics staff, and support functions to ensure timely manpower availability.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of experience in retail or supermarket recruitment, with a track record in bulk hiring, vendor coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment for retail operations is essential.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across store-level and support functions.
• Experience with bulk hiring through multiple channels and vendors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for retail stores and operations.
• Hire Store Associates, Sales Executives, Cashiers, Packers, Delivery Executives, Helpers, Warehouse Staff, and other frontline positions.
• Manage bulk hiring through job portals, employee referrals, walk-ins, local sourcing, and recruitment vendors.
• Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, documentation, background verification, and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure manpower requirements are closed within TAT.
• Handle basic HR administration and employee queries after joining.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Operations teams for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
• Support employee relations and resolve basic employee grievances.
