Job summary

Vrinda Nexus International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an energetic HR Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Chandigarh. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT and non-IT roles, with a focus on meeting daily and monthly targets.

You will work hands-on with the recruitment team and clients, using job portals and LinkedIn to identify suitable profiles and move candidates through the hiring process. Freshers with strong communication are welcome.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and meet targets.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn and ATS tools.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and coordinating with candidates for various recruitment requirements across IT and non-IT roles.

This is a hands-on recruitment role where you will work closely with our recruitment team and clients to identify suitable candidates and move them through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal database and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidate profiles.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary expectations and other requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video screening of candidates.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the recruitment team/client.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback and joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in Recruit Software/ ATS.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up regularly on submitted profiles and interview status.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain proper documentation and status updates for all candidates.

What We Are Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak confidently with candidates.
• Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening.
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to use job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Willingness to learn ATS/recruitment technology such as Zoho Recruit.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
