Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities from sourcing to joining.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial calls/interviews.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain candidate records, ATS/MIS and recruitment MIS.
• Work towards sourcing targets and achieving hiring goals.
• Support the team in reaching overall hiring targets.

• Work towards assigned sourcing, CV submission, interview and joining targets.
• Support the recruitment team in achieving overall hiring targets.
