Sansaone IT Consulting in Hyderabad, Telangana invites applications for HR/IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers for IT and non-IT roles from our Hyderabad office.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication, candidate engagement, and knowledge of portals like Naukri and LinkedIn. Freshers with drive are welcome; 1–3 years of experience is preferred.

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiters / IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in recruitment, good communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage suitable candidates for various IT and non-IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams/clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate and coordinate offers with selected candidates.
• Maintain proper documentation and recruitment records.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Stay updated with current recruitment trends and sourcing techniques.
