• Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching roles.
• Draft job descriptions in coordination with stakeholders.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, agencies and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and school leadership.
• Maintain regular candidate communication throughout the process.
• Follow up on interview feedback, selection, documentation, compensation, and joining dates.
• Coordinate background verification where applicable.
• Prepare and maintain candidate databases, trackers, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding for selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Work with hiring managers to close positions within the agreed turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching positions.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions in coordination with the concerned stakeholders.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and school leadership.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, documentation, compensation, and joining dates.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification wherever applicable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with selected candidates to ensure timely completion of pre-joining documentation and onboarding formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure positions are closed within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information and ensure compliance with organizational HR policies.
• Support other HR activities and initiatives as required.
