iConsultera Private Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our on-site recruiting team. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical, allied health, and non-clinical roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

You will source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other channels; conduct interviews; coordinate references and onboarding; and

• 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
• Knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Recruit for healthcare positions such as RNs, LPNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, background screenings, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring policies and healthcare credentialing requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to management.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Represent the organization at career fairs, job expos, and networking events.
