Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain the ATS and recruitment data accuracy.
• Support offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-boarding activities.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.
• Assist in employer branding, campus hiring, and recruitment events.
• Partner with HR on recruitment projects and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
