Job Description – Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition professional will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding new employees. The role involves partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent aligned with the organization’s business and workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to offer release and joining.
- Understand job requirements, prepare/validate job descriptions, and develop appropriate sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
2. Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and recurring positions.
- Develop talent pools for future hiring requirements.
- Explore innovative sourcing channels and recruitment strategies.
- Support employer branding initiatives to improve the organization’s visibility among potential candidates.
- Promote employee referral programs and other internal sourcing initiatives.
3. Candidate Experience
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offers, and joining.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, ATS/HRMS and recruitment tools.
- Strong interviewing and screening skills.
- Good understanding of current talent-market trends.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Experience
4–8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in a corporate, real estate, infrastructure, construction, or similar industry.
