Qualifications

• Proven work experience (1–4+ years) as HR Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labour laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards, portals and social media platforms.
• Source and attract candidates through databases, social platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain and update MIS data with accurate candidate and hiring status information.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other hiring events.
• Support the HR department in all other tasks assigned by management as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Share Recruitment Requisition Form with hiring managers and initiate the hiring process upon completion.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards, portals and social media platforms.
• Source and attract candidates through databases, social platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain and update MIS data with accurate candidate and hiring status information.
• Respond to employee referral bonus-related emails and ensure timely communication.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other hiring events.
