Job summary

Modgen Solutions in Navi Mumbai invites an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, from drafting job descriptions to screening resumes and coordinating interviews via in-person, phone, or video.

You will advertise roles, manage ATS and candidate databases, and guide new hires through onboarding while tracking metrics like time-to-hire and source of hire.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree in human resources management or a relevant field.
• Prior experience as an HR Recruiter.
• Sound knowledge of all HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management etc.).
• Sound knowledge of all labour regulations.
• Experience with resume databases, ATS, and referral programs.
• Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with management for identifying future staffing needs
• Providing guidance and consultancy to new recruits and helping them onboard
