Job description

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment for all open positions. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and final selections. Ensure seamless onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.
2. HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies. Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee concerns and provide timely resolutions. Drive employee engagement activities and employee welfare initiatives. Build a positive and inclusive work culture.
