Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
• Handle recruitment for shutdown projects in oil & gas/refinery industries.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
• Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for urgent and high-volume requirements.
• Handle candidate documentation and joining formalities.
• Act as a bridge between clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication.

Requirements

• Experience in bulk hiring, preferably in oil & gas/refinery shutdown projects.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in handling both clients and candidates.
