Job summary

ANK Solar Energy in Surat is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles within our EPC company. You will source candidates from engineering backgrounds, screen, interview, and coordinate onboarding to meet project timelines.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in HR/BA, an MBA in HR preferred, and has strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, EPC/project-based hiring, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA in HR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience hiring for technical positions (civil, mechanical, electrical).
• Familiarity with EPC/project-based hiring is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft and post job advertisements on portals, social media, and networks.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up.
• Handle offer negotiations and issue letters.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
• Ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with HR operations.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed with sourcing candidates from engineering and construction backgrounds and ensure timely onboarding to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and post job advertisements on portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain timely follow-ups.
• Handle offer negotiations and release offer letters.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with HR operations.
