Job summary

Oges Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to independently manage hiring from sourcing to closure. The role focuses on EPC, Manufacturing and Infrastructure hiring and closing mid to senior-level profiles.

You will source via major portals, screen for fit, negotiate offers, and manage the candidate experience across multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on, closure-driven position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in EPC, Manufacturing or Infrastructure.
• Proven track record in closing senior-level positions.
• Hands-on with job portals and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced hiring environment.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who can independently manage hiring requirements and drive the recruitment process from sourcing to closure. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in EPC, Manufacturing and Infrastructure hiring, with proven expertise in closing mid to senior-level profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define role expectations.
• Source and identify relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Screen candidates based on experience, technical fit, communication and role suitability.
• Manage mid to senior-level hiring, with a strong focus on closing critical and senior positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer discussions and closures.
• Follow up with selected candidates through the notice period to ensure smooth joining and minimize dropouts.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers and regular hiring MIS.
• Build a strong talent pool across EPC, Manufacturing and Infrastructure domains.

Requirements
