The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of HR recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to logistics or transport sectors, and strong communication with stakeholders to ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

• Screen, shortlist and schedule interviews

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely closure of open positions

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in HR Recruitment
• Must have experience in Logistics / Transport Industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle
• Good communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification:

• Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)
