Job summary

Howden Insurance Brokers is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter on a 6-month contractual basis to lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures while delivering a great candidate experience.

The role involves sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, coordinating interviews, conducting initial assessments, and maintaining accurate records. Immediate joiners preferred. 2–5 years of recruitment experience and MS Office/ATS skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across functions.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.

• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records and reports.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and company policies.
