Job summary

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and HR interviews.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and pre-onboarding activities.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, recruitment drives, and campus hiring activities as required.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and hiring processes.
