Job summary

DEEPALI DESIGNS & EXHIBITS in India is seeking an experienced recruiter to own end-to-end talent acquisition. You will source top candidates via job boards, social networks, employee referrals and networking events, and conduct initial resume screening to identify suitable candidates.

You will coordinate interviews with hiring managers, negotiate salary packages, and maintain accurate candidate records, working independently to meet tight deadlines and deliver timely, quality hires.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or non-IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and techniques (job boards, social media).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
