Job summary

NeoSOFT Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will drive end-to-end recruitment for IT & non-IT roles, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role requires strong sourcing skills via Naukri, LinkedIn, and networks; excellent communication; and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while meeting hiring targets.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience for IT and non-IT roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience hiring for IT roles advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social platforms, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Work with business teams to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets within timelines.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team at NeoSOFT Technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate coordination, and hiring for IT/Non-IT positions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–5 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience preferred.

• Experience hiring for IT roles will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling bulk and lateral hiring.

• Exposure to startup or service-based IT company environment.

• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.
