Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, leadership, and non‑teaching positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
- Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
- Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers and school leadership.
- Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and hiring reports.
- Draft job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
- Conduct reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Assist with employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and applicable employment regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in education, international schools, hospitality, or service sectors.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
