Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Strong experience in Employee Relations and team handling (mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
