Job summary

Techdome is a fast-growing Product Venture seeking a motivated fresher to join our People Operations team, learning how HR runs in a scaling tech company with hands-on exposure from day one.

You will support onboarding, record-keeping, payroll inputs, and compliance while drafting letters and SOPs, contributing to employee engagement and growth. This role is ideal for MBAs/PGDMs in HR or graduates with strong HR interest in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field required or strong HR interest.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field acceptable for strong candidates.
• Internship or project exposure in HR is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication with high confidentiality and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and documentation in the HRMS (Keka).
• Track attendance and leave; help prepare monthly payroll inputs.
• Assist with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT) under guidance.
• Draft HR letters, templates, and SOP documents.
• Plan and support employee engagement activities and events.
• Respond to employee queries as a first point of contact.
• Prepare basic HR reports (headcount, attrition, onboarding status).
• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to speed up documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and documentation accurately in the HRMS(Keka)
• Track attendance and leave, and help prepare monthly payroll inputs.
• Assist with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT) and filings under senior guidance.
• Draft HR letters, templates, and SOP documents.
• Plan and support employee engagement activities and events.
• Respond to employee queries as a first point of contact.
• Prepare basic HR reports (headcount, attrition, onboarding status).
• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to speed up documentation and reporting.

Who Can Apply

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field, or a graduate with strong HR interest (2024-2026 pass-outs welcome).
• Internship or project exposure in HR is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
