You will lead end-to-end client onboarding, provide product support, drive platform adoption, conduct trainings and webinars, and assist with HR processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Experience with ATS or HRMS tools is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Client Onboarding: set up employee data, leave policies, and system configurations for a seamless start.
• Query Resolution & Product Support: act as primary contact to resolve daily client queries via calls, emails, and chat.
• Driving Platform Adoption: monitor client usage and help users adopt all HRStop modules.
• Client Training & Webinars: conduct regular product training sessions, live webinars, and workshops.
• Product Change Communication: inform clients about new features, updates, and UI changes.
• Grievance & Escalation Handling: manage client complaints and coordinate with product team to resolve issues.
• HR Process & Payroll Assistance: map internal compliance, payroll structures, and HR workflows into HRStop.
• Product Documentation: create/update FAQs, manuals, and feature guides.
• Online Assessments and Interviews: ensure candidates complete assessments and participate in discussions/demos.

Job Responsibilities/ KRAs

• End-to-End Client Onboarding:Successfully transition new clients onto HRStop by setting up their employee data, leave policies, and system configurations for a seamless start.
• Query Resolution & Product Support:Act as the primary point of contact to resolve daily client queries on "how to use" HRStop via support calls, emails, and chat.
• Driving Platform Adoption:Proactively monitor client usage and handhold users to ensure they are actively adopting all available HRStop modules.
• Client Training & Webinars:Conduct regular product training sessions, live webinars, and interactive workshops for client HR teams and their employees.
• Product Change Communication:Own the communication of all new feature releases, system updates, and UI changes, ensuring clients understand and adapt to platform enhancements.
• Grievance & Escalation Handling:Efficiently manage client complaints and coordinate closely with the product team to resolve complex technical issues.
• HR Process & Payroll Assistance:Utilize foundational HR and payroll knowledge to help clients map their internal compliance, payroll structures, and HR workflows directly into HRStop.
• Product Documentation:Create and update user-friendly client resources, including FAQs, user manuals, and feature guides.
