Job summary

Techdome, a fast-growing product venture, seeks a hands-on HR operations leader to own onboarding, payroll input, and the full employee lifecycle.

You will manage HRMS with Keka, ensure statutory compliance, draft policies, and run engagement activities while serving as the first point of contact for employees and reporting HR metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in HR operations/generalist roles with ownership mindset.
• Employee engagement experience mandatory.
• Solid grasp of Indian labour law and compliance.
• Strong Excel/Sheets and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits.
• Manage HRMS (Keka), employee records, and documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave, and payroll input coordination.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, PT, filings).
• Draft HR policies, letters, and SOPs.
• Drive employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Be the first point of contact for employee queries.
• Report on HR metrics (headcount, attrition, TAT) for leadership.
