Getix Health is seeking an HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and manage the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include onboarding, documentation, HRMS management, engagement, relations, grievance handling, and payroll/recruitment support.

The role requires a Postgraduate HR degree with at least 1 year of HR operations experience, based in Bangalore, with female candidates prioritized. Shift is 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM; transport and food vouchers provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate exit formalities, clearances, and documentation.
• Provide support in recruitment and payroll activities whenever required.
