Job summary

Tranzeal in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to oversee the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and manage high-volume HR requests. The role requires hands-on Workday experience with employee data and HR transactions, plus familiarity with ServiceNow or similar HR ticketing systems, and exposure to US immigration processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services.
• Hands-on Workday experience including employee data and HR transactions.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other HR ticketing/case management systems.
• Exposure to US immigration and visa-related HR processes.
• Experience in HR reporting, data management, and compliance.
• Strong employee query resolution, case management, and stakeholder support skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume HR requests while maintaining SLA, accuracy, confidentiality, and employee experience.
• Strong understanding of onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, transfers, promotions, offboarding, and HR documentation.
