Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of progressive HR Operations experience in tech or multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions including benefits, payroll, and HR programs.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier HR service (Tier 0/1) with resolution accountability.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Coordinate with payroll and immigration teams, supporting global visa and right-to-work processes.
• Act as first point of contact for immigration inquiries and coordinate relocation-related activities.
• Build strong relationships with HR colleagues to ensure smooth workflows and stakeholder communications.

Contract Duration

• Contract Duration: 12 Months
• Shift 1 - AMER- 9 PM to 6 AM

• Build strong relationships with other HR teams to coordinate workflow, processes, and communication with key stakeholders; ensure seamless hand-off of processes and deliverables
• Support multiple and concurrent ad hoc requests and regional projects for getting our HR Operations team, future ready.
• Provide employees with exceptional service regarding Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR related inquiries through resolution accountability
• Manages and provides early intervention and support for the resolution to issues as they are identified and helps to implement long-term solutions.
• Perform other HR operational service delivery activities and tasks such as data entry, employment verification requests, coordination with payroll, and overall maintenance of employee records, ensuring data integrity and other tasks as assigned
• Ensure employee data is up to date, accurate and compliant within our HR system
• Act as the first point of contact for immigration inquiries via ServiceNow, resolving basic US immigration questions, coordinating the transition of relocation payment activities, and escalating complex cases to senior GMI specialists.
• Data Integrity, Compliance & Filing: Manually update and audit Workday for global visa and right-to-work data accuracy, while supporting immigration compliance through government form reviews, document collection, resume assessments, and collaboration with legal counsel.
