Aptita is seeking an HR Admin Expert based in Chennai District, Tamil Nadu. The role involves managing SLAs, quality metrics, and contributing to global process design while mentoring new hires.

Candidates should have deep expertise in Workday HCM and ServiceNow HRSD, alongside strong analytical skills. This position requires effective communication and influencing skills to interact with stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for HR Admin processes across assigned markets.
• Manage SLAs and quality metrics; own root-cause analysis for failures.
• Create and maintain process documentation (SOPs, process maps, RACI).
• Support ServiceNow HRSD knowledge base development and article quality review.
• Contribute to L4/L5 global process design with GPOs.
• Mentor SPEs and PEs; support onboarding of new hires.
• Partner with Workday team on business process changes and testing.
• Deep Workday HCM expertise (Core HCM, security, EIB uploads).
• ServiceNow HRSD – workflow ownership, catalogue management.
• Strong analytical skills – SLA tracking, trend identification.
• Process documentation and continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma awareness).
• Influencing skills across multi-geography stakeholders.
