Job summary

HMH Technology Private Limited is seeking an HR Operations specialist to process employee lifecycle transactions in SuccessFactors and provide Tier 1 support for employee inquiries. The role includes maintaining personnel files, guiding on HR policies, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in HR operations, experience with HR systems (preferably SuccessFactors), and strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR, HR operations, shared services, or HRIS experience.
• Experience with employee data management and HR systems; SuccessFactors preferred.
• Strong customer service, excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work US time zone hours.
