Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented HR data specialist with 4+ years in Employee Data Management. You will safeguard confidential information, communicate effectively, and maintain organized HR records. Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools will be utilized to create insightful dashboards for HR leadership.

You will collaborate with HR teams to ensure policy compliance and support employee relations, delivering accurate data and timely reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Employee Data Management operations.
• Demonstrate integrity when handling confidential data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong service orientation with willingness to serve the team and customers.
• Take initiative and be proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus.
• Experience in Employee Relations or related HR roles.
• Good understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data to HR leadership.
• Knowledge of reporting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Minimum 4 year work experience within Employee Data Management operations

• SAP ECC other ERPs working knowledge will be a plus
• Proven experience in Employee Relations or related roles
• Good understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data and insights to HR leadership and stakeholders
• Knowledge of reporting tools

Additional Information

• Knowledge of UK HR process and hands on knowledge, hands on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.

Knowledge of case management through ticketing too
