Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks an experienced professional to support Employee Data Management operations in India. You will handle confidential data with integrity, generate reports and dashboards, and coordinate HR processes across teams.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency in MS Excel, and working knowledge of SAP ECC or other ERPs. UK HR process understanding and SAP SuccessFactors exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year work experience within Employee Data Management operations.
• Demonstrate integrity when handling confidential data.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong service orientation with willingness to serve the team and customers.
• Ability to take initiative and be proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of SAP ECC and other ERPs is a plus.
• Experience in Employee Relations or related roles.
• Good understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and regulations.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of reporting tools.

Key responsibilities
