Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks an HR Data & Reporting specialist to manage employee data, generate dashboards, and provide insights to HR leadership in Hyderabad. The role requires handling confidential information with integrity and delivering accurate reports.

You will collaborate across HR teams, ensure compliance with policies, and leverage SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC along with MS Excel to produce actionable analytics. A proactive, service-oriented approach is essential.

Employee Data Management operations

Demonstrate ability and integrity when working with confidential data

Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills

MS Office Excel Skills

SAP ECC other ERPs working knowledge will be a plus

Proven experience in Employee Relations or related roles
