Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced HR Data Management professional to manage employee data operations and maintain data integrity for HR leadership and stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, initiative, and proficiency with MS Excel and SAP ECC; knowledge of UK HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors is a plus. You will create reports and dashboards to communicate insights and support HR processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year work experience within Employee Data Management operations.
• Demonstrate ability and integrity when working with confidential data.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills.
• Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers.
• Ability to take initiative be proactive without waiting for direction strong sense of personal accountability.
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel.
