Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Chennai, India, is seeking an experienced professional to manage Employee Data Management operations.

You will create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights to HR leadership and stakeholders, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to workplace policies. The role requires strong communication, organizational and coordination skills, a proactive mindset, and hands-on experience with SAP ECC or other ERPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year work experience within Employee Data Management operations.
• Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
• Strong verbal and written communication, plus organizational skills.
• Service orientation and willingness to support the team and customers.
• Take initiative and be proactive with a sense of accountability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with SAP ECC/ERPs.
• Experience in Employee Relations or related HR roles.
• Good understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and regulations.
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for HR leadership.
• Knowledge of reporting tools and basic analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Minimum 4 year work experience within Employee Data Management operations
• Demonstrate ability and integrity when working with confidential data
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills

• Ability to take initiative be proactive without waiting for direction strong sense of personal accountability
• MS Office Excel Skills
• SAP ECC other ERPs working knowledge will be a plus
• Proven experience in Employee Relations or related roles
• Good understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data and insights to HR leadership and stakeholders
• Knowledge of reporting tools

Additional Information

• Knowledge of UK HR process and hands on knowledge, hands on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
